The event offered over 32,000 high-quality positions across multiple industries, including finance, technology, education, and healthcare, with 722 top-tier employers in attendance. Over the two-day recruitment fair, not only did outstanding graduates from leading domestic universities gather, but also a large number of industry professionals seeking new career opportunities, catering to the needs of students and professionals with diverse backgrounds andinterests.
Organized by the university, Kuang Lin, Deputy Party Secretary of the school, led a delegation to the event, witnessing the dynamic exchanges and interactions between employers and job seekers. Prior to the trip, Mei Wenjuan, a full-time counselor, organized specialized training sessions for students, including resume optimization and mock interviews, to precisely align with jobrequirements.
At the event, students actively engaged with recruiters, inquiring about job responsibilities, salary packages, and career development opportunities. Deputy Secretary Kuang Lin communicated extensively with corporate recruiters to gain in-depth insights into industry hiring trends, providing firsthand information for the school’s future targeted career guidance services. Meanwhile, Mei Wenjuan facilitated real-time connections between students and employers, submitting resumes on behalf of students and sharing opportunities in graduate job-seeking groups to enhance efficiency. The organizers also set up a dedicated career service zone, offering "one-stop services" such as face-to-face career coaching, resume reviews, policy consultations, and professional image styling, providing valuable references for the school’s future career-relatedactivities.
This event served as a practical platform for students to engage directly with the job market. Participating graduates reported that through in-depth exchanges with employers, they not only clarified their career directions but also recognized the growing importance of interdisciplinary skills. Building on this experience, the school will further refine career planning education and employment guidance, strengthen university-enterprise collaboration, and optimize job resource integration to help students better adapt to market demands and achieve both personal and societalvalue.
