The College Successfully Hosts the 7th CCF China Computer Application Technology Competition League, Jiangxi Regional Round

On the afternoon of June 14, the 7th CCF China Computer Application Technology Competition League and the China Computer Application Technology Competition (Jiangxi Regional Round), hosted by the China Computer Federation (CCF), came to a successful conclusion at the Mailuyuan Campus of our university. The event was hosted by the School of Software and Internet of Things Engineering. The college strictly implemented all competition requirements and successfully completed the regional organizational and support work, building a standardized and professional competition platform for participating students across the province.

This competition is a national high-level computer technology contest opento full-time students of regular higher education institutions. It features three individual events: the Elite Algorithm track, the Test Development track, and the Network Security Operations track. Upholding the principle of combining theory with practice, it aims to inspire students' enthusiasm for innovation, enhance their practical skills, and discover outstanding talents in the field of computer application technology.

The whole competition proceeded in good order, with contestants answering questions with full concentration and composure. The Elite Algorithm track adopted the classic ACM contest format, allowing contestants to code in programming languages such as C, C++, Java, and Python. The Test Development track incorporated real-world corporate work sscenarios, focusing on the ability to write software testing scripts. The Network Security Operations track was a hands-on competition in which contestants brought their own computers to complete attack-and-defense tasks.

To ensure the smooth running of the event, the college completed preparatory work in an orderly manner in advance, including examination site application, technical rehearsals, campus access guidance, and logistics support. The college formed a volunteer team of undergraduate and graduate students. Volunteers arrived at the venue ahead of time to complete network environment testing and computer equipment inspections. On the day of the competition, all volunteers reported to their posts early, taking charge of route guidance, material supply, and on-site order maintenance.

Three dedicated examination rooms were set up for the corresponding tracks, with hardware equipment running stably. College faculty and staff were on duty throughout, undertaking examination supervision and technical emergency response. Surveillance was running across the venue and signal shielding was implemented. The judging panel was composed of experts from both within and outside the university, comprehensively ensuring the fairness and impartiality of the competition. The college's meticulous and standardized organizational services were recognized by the participating teachers and students.

The successful hosting of this event not only tested the college's competition organization and comprehensive service capabilities, but also built a quality platform for computer-related students across the province to compete in skills and exchange learning. The college will continue to rely on various high-level academic competitions to promote learning and practice through competition, helping students improve their professional abilities. Meanwhile, we wish all contestants to sum up their experience, sharpen their skills, and strive for excellence with new achievements in the national finals.
